WHERE ARE YOU GOING? CAN I COME WITH YOU?

The year is 3077. Humanity has since migrated from Earth to the rest of the solar system. Proxima-B, a planet discovered in 2016 in the neighboring Alpha Centauri that was believed to hold enough oxygen, water, and plant life to sustain a human being, has now been selected for an exploration mission. Spearheaded by Isidora Marz and a crew of 10 astronauts, they lead the first-ever human expedition into the stars.

The mission was a massive failure. 18 years later,

on a giant colony vessel, the wreckage of Avius-1 was found floating thousands of miles off the route they were supposed to be on.

These pages will serve as a historical memoir for the souls lost on the Avius-1, humanity's last hope.

"Outside, Marz can see the universe in its unfeeling, harsh beauty. The lights have gone off. Sirens blare from another part of the ship. She has not heard from her crew in 4 hours.

Space has never been so quiet."
